How do I log into my resident portal?
You can log in using your username and password.

How can I view a PDF copy of my utility bill?
You will receive an email each month with your monthly bill in an attachment. You will not need to pay this bill separately as all charges will be added to your resident ledger and can be paid with rent. The PDF copy of your bill is for reference only.
You can log in to your portal anytime to view your prior bills and consumption data.
To Log Into Your Portal:
- Click here to access your portal and click “NEW USER”
- From the dropdown select: “Account Number from utility bill”
- Enter the account number (found on your utility bill) and enter your preferred email address
- You will receive an email with a sign up link. Open email and click the “Sign up” to continue account setup (be sure to check your spam folder!)
- Complete the form to create your account and submit
- Review Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You’re in!
To view your bills click the eye icon next to each total. To view your usage click “Meter Usage”.
Is my bill prorated if I move in or out mid-month?

Why was I not billed for a specific utility this month?
Some properties have a utility allowance for certain utilities, like electricity. If your usage is lower than the provided allowance amount, you will not receive a charge for that utility.
